Chocolate Pizza
Pizza dough recipe
Makes: 23 cm round pizza

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 envelope dry yeast
2 cups of all-purpose flour, plus more for kneading
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for bowl

Method
1. Heat the water to 40C.

2. In a bowl, mix the warm water and yeast. Let stand until the yeast dissolves, about 5 minutes.

3. In a food processor, blend the flour and salt. With the machine running, slowly add the melted butter and then the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough just comes together.

4. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough, adding more flour if necessary, until smooth, about 1 minute.

5. Transfer the dough to a large buttered bowl, turning once so the butter coats the dough. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and set aside in a warm, draft-free place until the dough doubles in volume, about 1 hour.

6. Punch the dough down and form into a ball.

7. The dough can be used immediately or stored in an airtight in the refrigerator for 1 day.

Pizza topping recipe
Serves: 8-10

Ingredients
Pizza Dough or 1/2 kilo of store-bought pizza dough
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (recommended:nutella)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped large marshmallows

Method
1. Position the oven rack on the bottom of the oven and preheat oven to 230C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Roll the dough into a 23cm round. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Using your fingers, make indentations all over the dough. Brush with the melted butter. Bake until the crust is crisp and pale golden brown, about 20 minutes.

3. Immediately spread the chocolate-hazelnut spread over the pizza, then sprinkle with the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake until the chocolate begins to melt, about 2 minutes.

4. Cut the pizza into wedges and serve.
