Great summer punches
Flavoured sausage meat tastes great crumbled into pasta sauces. Make sure you use good quality sausages, bought from a specialty butcher or gourmet grocer.
To remove casings, use a sharp knife with a blade as long as the sausage. Slit the skin lengthwise with a shallow cut. If the meat is soft, blanch first to firm the meat.
