1 pkt (12) frozen unbaked shortcrust tart cases
50g almond marzipan
About 1⁄3 cup favourite jam (strawberry, orange marmalade, apricot)
Preparation method
Preheat oven to 190 C/170 C fan-forced. Place frozen tart cases on a baking tray. Cut marzipan into 12 thin slices and, using fingers, shape into discs to fit base of cases. Top each with a generous teaspoon jam. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden. Cool on wire rack.
