Corpse reviver No.2 cocktail

Ingredients
- 20ml Gin Mare
- 20ml Lillet aperitif wine
- 20ml Cointreau triple sec
- 5ml Opal Bianco sambuca
- 5ml 1883 Cane Syrup
- ice
Preparation method
Shake with ice and double strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Bartender bio: Gordon Ryan Reviver, GosfordStarting out as a global trainer in IT, Gordon travelled the world setting up conferences and writing computer-training manuals. His travels led him to Zig Zag bar in Seattle, where his taste for cocktails and bar culture started.
