Mighty mini pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 x 26cm plain pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 75g shaved ham, slivered
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • 1⁄2 cup drained pineapple pieces
  • 3⁄4 cup grated pizza cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley leaves, to garnish (optional)

Preparation method

1. Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a 7cm cutter, cut 8 rounds from pizza base; place on tray. Bake for 6 minutes.

2. Lightly spread rounds with pizza sauce. Top with ham, corn and pineapple; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12 minutes more until bases are crisp and cheese is melted. Cool slightly. Garnish with basil.
