Steamed broccoli rape with lemon olive oil

  • 500g broccoli rape
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

This recipe is from the December 2009/January 2010 issue of Gourmet Traveller WINE.

Cook broccoli in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain. Place in a serving dish with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Toss to combine.
