Ingredients
1 cooked chicken
2-4 cups cheese, grated
spring onions, chopped
mushrooms, chopped
1 puff pastry sheet per person
Preparation method
Break chicken up into small pieces and place in bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together (use hands).
Brush edge of pastry sheets and place mixture in middle and fold over sides and ends to make a parcel. Turn over and make a couple of slits in top to release air, brush with butter and cook in hot oven until brown.
Serve with roast potatoes and salad.
