Soak chickpeas overnight in bowl of water. Drain the water next day. This water can be used to feed the pot plants.
Add fresh water to chickpeas and cook in microwave (in a microwave dish) until tender, approximately 4 minutes.
Wash and chop tomatoes and cook until tender with some water in a pan over low heat. Add the cooked chickpeas (with the leftover water in the microwave bowl), small amount of curry powder or paste; mix well and turn off heat after mixing.
Add chopped coriander leaf and few drops of lemon juice and mix gently.
