Ingredients
1 sachet
Old El Paso Reduced Salt Taco Seasoning
1 tablespoon plain flour
600g white fish such as ling, cut into 1.5 cm cubes
½ punnet (125g) cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced
½ red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon lime juice

½ lettuce, shredded
Preparation method
Combine taco seasoning and flour and coat fish. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook fish over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Remove tacos from plastic, keep wedge inside shells. Fan tacos slightly apart on tray and heat in an oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Fill taco shells with fish, lettuce, salsa and drizzle with taco sauce.
Salsa:
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, coriander and lime juice.
