Preparation method
Combine sour cream, conserve, coconut, and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
Cover with glad wrap and put in fridge over night.
Just before you're ready to serve, cut up an assortment of fruit of your choice - all fruit is great with this dip.
Put dip into a serving bowl and place in the middle of a platter. Then arrange fruit around bowl. Serve with cocktail forks.
