Pimm's No. 1 punch

Ingredients

  • 700ml bottle Pimm's No. 1 Cup
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) gin
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups (500ml) lemonade, chilled
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, seeded
  • 1 medium (150g) green apple, chopped finely
  • 1 medium (240g) orange, peeled, sliced
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 5 cups ice, for serving

Preparation method

1. Pour the Pimms, gin, juice, sugar and lemonade into a large jug; stir to combine.

2. Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into long ribbons. Add cucumber to the jug with the fruit and mint.

3. Fill glasses with ice and pour over punch. Not suitable to freeze.
