Ingredients
- 250g cherry red tomatoes, halved
- 250g yellow pear tomatoes, halved
- Juice of 1 lime
- ⅓ cup chopped coriander leaves
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Preparation method
Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Season to taste. Drizzle with oil just before serving.
