Ingredients

  • 1 small can of tuna in oil, drained and flaked
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup tropical muesli
  • ¼ self-raising flour
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • butter for pan frying

Preparation method

Mix all ingredients together, avoiding too dry a mix.

Using a serving spoon, scoop portions into pan with melted butter on low to medium heat.

Turn before the underside cooks fully and flatten the mixture into pattie shape — as thick or thin as desired.

Serve with smooth mashed potato and green vegies.
