Ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon slivered fresh basil
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Mazzetti red wine vinegar
600g tuna steak
Olive oil spray
2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
120g baby spinach leaves
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation method
1. Place the first 6 ingredients in a screw-top jar, cover and shake to combine.
2. Preheat a barbecue or char-grill. Spray fish with a little oil and season with black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until seared but still pink inside. Cut into small pieces and place in a shallow serving dish. Pour the dressing over and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add beans, spinach and onion to fish, toss gently and serve warm.
