Ingredients
350g packet Tofu, drained, cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Cooking oil spray
1 bunch broccolini, cut lengthwise in half
100g packet baby Asian salad leaves
Preparation method
1. Place tofu on a shallow plate and roll in sesame seeds.
2. Spray a frying pan with oil; place over moderate heat. Cook tofu, turning frequently, until golden on all sides.
3. Meanwhile, steam broccolini in a covered saucepan for 1-2 minutes until tender, butstill bright green. Drain.
4. Arrange leaves, broccolini and tofu on serving plates. Drizzle with remaining marinade and serve.
Drain tofu thoroughly on paper towels before cutting.
