Ingredients
2 slices of naan bread
1 small green capsicum, diced
1 small red capsicum, diced
1 small yellow capsicum, diced
1 tomato, sliced
Mexican salsa sauce
100 grams salami
parmesan cheese (fresh wedge or grated)
tinned pineapple, sliced (optional)
2-3 sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation method
Cover both slices of naan bread with the salsa sauce, to taste. Sprinkle on the tomato, diced capsicum, salami (and optional items, if used) evenly.
Grate some parmesan cheese on top and cook in moderate (180°C) oven or under a grill until cheese is melted.
