Ingredients

  • 1 cup fenugreek (menthya)
  • 8 chillies
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • tamarind concentrate
  • salt

Preparation method

Soak fenugreek for 4 hours.

Drain and dry fry / roast fenugreek in oil.

Place roasted fenugreek, green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, tamamrind concentrate, cumin, and grind well.

This recipe is apparently suitable for diabetics.
