1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add diced beef and fry until lightly browned. Add onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, cinnamon, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add stock or water and simmer until beef is tender.
3. Add raisins, stir in SunRice Basmati rice and season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve and sprinkle with coriander.
To save time, you can use an already prepared spice mix.
